Paradise Park, London. 2000. I love barbequing outdoors, and because it’s hard to find a park where grilling is allowed in London, I’m always exploring new places. The other challenge is the weather – of course London is much colder than my home country! So, I added some melted cheese to this classic Indian dish to help keep warm.
