Oxfordshire Mushroom Soup

Bicester, England. 2010. Although I usually visit the countryside just to get some bargain deals at the designer outlets, one day I missed my train and had to stay overnight. The owner of my B took me foraging for wild mushrooms, and when I got back to town I blended my own mushroom soup with Indian spices.
