In 1980 I was watching the Asian Cup and the Kuwaiti champions really amazed me. I decided to visit Kuwait and explore their culture, because I’m m a big fan of exploring traditional food. During my visit discovered that Kuwait is famous for a rice dish called Chicken Machboos. Fragrant and rich, I fell in love with Kuwaiti Chicken Machboos from the first bite.
