Pueblito Chicken Chapati Tacos

North London. 2012. Whenever I’m craving a good taco, I take the Victoria Line to the Seven Sisters stop in London. There, you’ll find the Pueblito Paisa Market, with the most authentic Latin American food around. I love tacos, and homemade tortillas, but honestly, I like chapati more. So, I made my own spin on the taco, using a chapati and adding some Turkish flair as well.
